Nya AI is perfectly suited to serve as a one-stop knowledge base for individuals and teams.

First, Nya AI natively supports various types of content, allowing you to manage different content types such as Chats, Pages, Channels, and Files in a unified centralized location.

In addition, we provide a Full-text Search feature, allowing you to search across all the aforementioned content types. Simply click "manage_search Search Workspace" in the left sidebar to perform a full-text search.

By default, the search runs across all content types, but you can specify one or more specific types to narrow your search:

• Chats: Search within chat messages
• Pages: Search within pages
• Channels: Search within channel messages
• Translations: Search within translation history
• Files: Search within parsed file contents. Parsable file types include docx, pptx, xlsx, pdf, and plain text files.

Moreover, within AI chats, you can enable the "Workspace Search" plugin. This allows the AI to search the workspace content and generate answers based on it, enabling Workspace RAG functionality. The AI can also specify the types of content to search; you simply need to tell the AI which content types it should explore.
