Workspaces

Content Organization

Workspaces maintain a file-system-like storage structure, where you can create folders to flexibly organize different types of content based on your customized structure.

Publishing Content

Various types of workspace content (pages, chats, channels, files, etc.) can be published:

  1. In the right directory, right-click the content you want to publish
  2. Click "publish Publish"

Once published, anyone can publicly access the content via the link. Of course, non-workspace members can only view the content and cannot modify it.

You can click "publish Published Items" at the bottom of the left sidebar to manage all published content within the workspace.

Sub-items of published content will also be published together. For example, if you expose a folder, all its content and sub-items will also be publicly visible.

Members and Collaboration

Workspaces are also places for collaboration. You can invite your team to your workspace to collaborate:

  1. Click on the workspace in the top left corner to enter the workspace page
  2. Click the "group_add" button at the top right of the member list to create an invitation link
  3. Send the created invitation link to the people you want to invite
  4. When the invited person opens the link, they just click "Join" to enter the workspace

All members of a workspace can view all its content. Members with different roles have different permissions:

  • Guest: Can only view the workspace content
  • Member: Can view and edit all the workspace content
  • Admin: Can view and edit all the workspace content, and manage members and settings
  • Owner: Creator of the workspace, with all permissions, including managing subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions and billing are per-workspace, which means:

  • The subscription plan and usage of a workspace are shared among all members of the workspace
  • Your subscription plan and usage in one workspace will not affect another workspace
  • Subscription plans for a workspace can only be managed by its Owner

Multiple Workspaces

You can create and join multiple workspaces. By default, each user can create up to 10 workspaces; there are no limits on the number of workspaces you can join.
